Unicoin CEO Accuses SEC of "Retaliatory" Action

Alex Konanykhin, Unicoin's chief executive, told Eleanor Terrett that the US agency had sent a new batch of subpoenas to employees and partners after Unicoin refused to settle with the SEC. Mr. Konanykhin described the move as "retaliatory". The SEC declined to comment.
