Lombard partners with the Eigen Foundation to bring Bitcoin restaking to the EigenLayer ecosystem

Lombard has partnered with the Eigen Foundation to officially bring its liquid staked bitcoin token, LBTC, into the EigenLayer re-staking system. The partnership allows bitcoin holders to earn basic income through the Babylon protocol and receive additional rewards in the EigenLayer. The two parties will jointly promote the security and punishment mechanism design of bitcoin re-staking in the next six months.
