Led by the DeFi Education Fund, more than 70 people in the crypto industry signed a letter to David Sacks, the White House director of AI and crypto affairs, urging the Trump administration to end the Justice Department's "excessive enforcement" of open-source software developers such as Roman Storm, co-founder of Tornado Cash, in order to protect American developers and achieve its goal of making the United States the "global crypto capital."
