Tianmao Group: Unable to disclose 2024 annual report and 2025 quarterly report on schedule

On April 28, Tianmao Group announced that the 2024 annual report and 2025 Quarter 1 report originally scheduled to be disclosed on April 29, 2025 may not be disclosed on time due to the need to supplement some information. According to regulations, if the company fails to disclose the annual report within the statutory period, the Shenzhen Stock Exchange will suspend the trading of the company's shares and their derivatives on the next trading day after the expiration of the relevant periodic report disclosure period. The suspension period shall not exceed two months. Failure to disclose the annual report or semi-annual report within the statutory period, and if the company's shares are still not disclosed within two months of the suspension of trading, the delisting risk warning will be implemented.
