Solana Policy Institute Appoints Rachel Green Horn as Chief Marketing Officer

According to The Block, the Solana Policy Institute has announced the appointment of former Filecoin Foundation Chief Marketing and Communications Officer Rachel Green Horn as Chief Marketing Officer. Founded last month by Miller Whitehouse-Levine, the institute focuses on influencing stablecoin and market structure bills and engaging in policy dialogue with new leadership at the SEC and CFTC. Kristin Smith will join as chair in May.
