Crypto hosting technology provider Fireblocks has launched a new threat detection and smart contract assessment tool that now checks decentralized applications on more than 40 blockchains through Wallet Connect, Fireblocks' browser plug-in, and MetaMask Institutional. The solution helps institutional DeFi users avoid suspicious smart contracts, phishing sites, and compromised dApps by identifying malicious patterns such as mimicking URLs, harmful javascript elements, and suspicious registrars.
