On April 28, Zhao Chenxin, deputy director of the National Development and Reform Commission, said at a press conference of the State Information Office that in 2024, the import volume of sorghum, corn, soybeans and other grains from the United States will account for a very low proportion of China's domestic grain consumption, and they are basically feed grains. These varieties are relatively fungible, the international market supply is very sufficient, and the domestic grain reserve resources are also very sufficient. Even if our country does not purchase feed grains and oils from the United States, it will not have any impact on our country's grain supply.
