俄外长：若美方持平等尊重立场 俄美可重返军控谈判

根据俄罗斯外交部当地时间4月27日公布的消息，俄罗斯外长拉夫罗夫在接受美国媒体采访时表示，正是美国退出了巩固战略稳定的进程。如果美方希望重返这一道路，俄方将考虑在何等情况下成为可能。拉夫罗夫表示，如果美方对对话持平等和相互尊重的立场，俄美间可就军控问题重返谈判。
