Rubio "against" Trump: US will not expand sanctions against Russia

On April 27th, US Secretary of State Rubio said on Sunday that < b > the United States will not expand sanctions against Russia so as not to interfere with the peace process to resolve the conflict in Ukraine . However, US President Trump issued a document yesterday saying that Putin may be dealt with through financial sanctions or secondary sanctions.
