据英国金融时报报道，当地时间周五晚些时候，美国众议院金融服务委员会领导层公布了取消独立的上市公司会计监督委员会（PCAOB）的提案，该提案拟纳入国会正在审议的大型税收和支出法案。根据该立法草案，对上市公司和经纪交易商征收的用于资助PCAOB的一项税费将被取消，该机构的职责将并入美国证券交易委员会。(金十)
