U.S. stocks closed the day with the Dow up 0.05%, the Nasdaq up 1.26% and the S & P 500 up 0.74%. Most tech stocks rose, with Tesla up nearly 10%, Nvidia up more than 4%, Micron up more than 3%, Meta, Broadcom and AMD up more than 2%. Intel fell nearly 7%, Q2 revenue guidance was lower than market estimates, and the company lowered its full-year capital expenditure target.
