On April 25th, the Ministry of Transport and other ten departments issued guidelines on promoting the integrated development of transportation and energy. By 2027, a multi-sectoral coordinated transportation and energy integration development mechanism will be basically formed, and policies, regulations, standards, and technical equipment systems will be gradually improved. The proportion of electric energy in the transportation industry to the end point energy consumption of the industry will reach 10%. The installed capacity of non-fossil energy power generation along the transportation infrastructure is not less than 5 million kilowatts, and the proportion of local consumption will increase steadily. The proportion of new energy vehicles in the new vehicles has increased year by year, and the capacity of green fuels in transportation has increased significantly.
