4人线下U币换现金获利2300元被判处七个月至一年一个月不等刑罚

4月25日消息，贵州省安顺市中级人民法院公众号披露案件，关岭自治县法院公开审理并宣判一起掩饰隐瞒犯罪所得罪案，四被告人以“U 币”与被害人换取现金的方式帮助他人转移犯罪资金共计获利2300元，关岭自治县法院经审理认为四被告人的行为均已构成掩饰、隐瞒犯罪所得罪，分别判处七个月至一年一个月不等刑罚，并处罚金。
