According to crypto journalist Eleanor Terrett, French Hill, chairperson of the House Financial Services Committee, said the House "spent much of the Easter holiday seeking technical assistance from industry, the SEC and the CFTC" to refine the updated draft of the FIT21 market structure bill. "The discussion paper and hearings on the text will be released'in the next few short weeks, '" he said.
