Frax Finance will undergo a North Star upgrade, and Frax Share will be renamed Frax and used as a gas token

Frax Finance, a decentralized stablecoin protocol, has announced that it will undergo a North Star upgrade on April 29 at noon PST (expected in the early morning of April 30 Beijing time). With this upgrade, Frax Share (FXS) will be renamed Frax, becoming Fraxtal's gas token, replacing frxETH, and serving as the only commodity token in the ecosystem for security. FXS held on Fraxtal will be automatically converted to FRAX at a 1:1 ratio, and FXS held on Ethereum will be bridged to Fraxtal for conversion on or after April 29.
