俄罗斯总统新闻秘书佩斯科夫表示，俄总统普京支持美国总统特朗普提出在乌克兰实施全面停火的建议，但先需要厘清所有细节，包括关于向基辅供应欧洲武器问题应得到解决。佩斯科夫还说：“如果停火协议今日生效，法国明天会不会停止向基辅供应弹药、火炮、导弹和防空系统？英国呢？”（俄罗斯卫星通讯社）
