Coinbase CLO: Alabama withdraws enforcement action against Coinbase

Paul Grewal, Coinbase's chief legal officer, said on the X platform: "We are half way there: Alabama just withdrew its enforcement action against Coinbase - the number of states filing wrongful pledge lawsuits has halved in just two months. Five states still choose to waste taxpayer resources filing lawsuits, and four of those states also ban staking on Coinbase, denying consumers the right to profit on the platform of their choice."
