美SEC放弃对Hex创始人诉讼

4月23日消息，据Cointelegraph报道，美国证券交易委员会(SEC)宣布不再重新提交对Hex创始人Richard Heart的证券欺诈诉讼。此前法院驳回了SEC的原诉讼，认为监管机构未能证明对Heart活动的管辖权。Heart称这是开源软件、加密货币和言论自由的胜利。
