网传深圳部分区域“五一”后取消限购 深圳相关部门回应称：尚未收到相关通知

4月24日讯，4月24日，有市场传言称，“五一”之后深圳将取消福田、南山之外区域的限购政策，同时取消5年的增值税，满三年即可免。对此，深圳市不动产登记中心工作人员回应称，目前没有收到相关政策通知。另外，深圳市税务局相关工作人员也回应称，未收到相关通知，目前没有满3年就免征增值税的情形，还是5年。
