据The Block报道，截至4月20日，全球加密交易所七日平均交易量降至约320亿美元，为自2024年10月以来最低，较2024年12月高点暴跌逾75%。现货对期货交易比例方面，比特币和以太坊分别降至0.19和0.20，为自2024年8月和2023年12月以来最低水平。与此同时，Solana交易活跃度略有上升。
