Zetrix Foundation has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with MY E.G. Services Berhad ("MYEG") to partner with MaiCapital, a licensed virtual asset manager based in Hong Kong, to jointly launch a virtual asset fund or a Hong Kong virtual asset exchange-traded fund (ETF) product.
The MoU focuses on the cooperative issuance of an ETF approved by the Hong Kong Securities Supervision Commission (SFC), which will include a basket of cryptocurrencies such as Bitcoin and Zetrix, as well as other appropriate cryptocurrencies.
