Canary Capital files with SEC to launch TRX pledged ETF

On April 19, according to Wu, Canary Capital Group filed an S-1 with the Securities Exchange Commission (SEC) to launch the Canary Staked TRX ETF. The ETF will be hosted by BitGo for TRX assets, and NAV will refer to the price benchmark of CoinDesk Indices. Subscriptions and redemptions are made in cash through authorized participants.
