It deposited $25 million USDC to Binance 5 hours ago, and then proposed 7,000 ETH (about 11.12 million US dollars) 1 hour ago. Since April 1st, the address has withdrawn 29,000 ETH from Binance, the amount reached 48.73 million US dollars, and the average opening price is about 1680 US dollars.
