Wingtech Technology: 2.287 billion yuan transfer price has been received

On April 18, Wingtech announced that the company intends to transfer 100% of the equity and related business asset packages of the subordinate company to Lixun Precision Industrial joint stock company and Lixun Communication (Shanghai) Co., Ltd. in the form of cash transaction. This transaction is expected to constitute a major asset reorganization stipulated in the "Measures for the Administration of Major Asset Restructuring of Listed Companies" and will not lead to a change in the company's control. On March 20, 2025, the company held the sixth meeting of the 12th board of directors, reviewed and approved relevant proposals and performed information disclosure procedures. As of the date of this announcement, the company has received the transfer price paid by the counterparty of the transaction 2.287 billion yuan.
