SEC seeks comments on BlackRock's revised spot Ethereum ETF proposal

The Securities Exchange Commission (SEC) is seeking public comment on a revised version of a spot Ethereum exchange-traded fund (ETF) proposed by BlackRock. BlackRock proposed the ETF in November 2023 to track Ethereum price performance. The SEC had delayed a decision on the proposal in January and accepted the Nasdaq amendment on April 19. The revised document discusses the ETF creation and redemption process. The SEC is asking for comments within 21 days, which will be posted on its website.
