Noble's new "AppLayer" allows developers to build stablecoin tools on top of Celestia

On April 16th, Noble, a blockchain platform that specializes in RWA and stablecoin issuance, announced on Wednesday that it will launch an Ethereum-compatible Rollup solution "AppLayer" to expand its platform capabilities. The solution, which allows developers to build customized RWA applications and infrastructure, is scheduled to go live in the third quarter of 2025. AppLayer will be built on the modular blockchain Celestia, leveraging its data availability solution to reduce storage costs. The solution is also compatible with the Ethereum Virtual Machine (EVM), enabling seamless integration with the Ethereum ecosystem DeFi project.
