April 16 news, in the first quarter, the per capita disposable income of residents nationwide was 12,179 yuan, a year-on-year increase of 5.5% in nominal terms, and a real increase of 5.6% after deducting price factors. According to permanent residence, the per capita disposable income of urban residents was 15,887 yuan, a year-on-year increase of 4.9% in nominal terms and 5.0% in real terms; the per capita disposable income of rural residents was 7,003 yuan, a year-on-year increase of 6.2% in nominal terms and 6.5% in real terms. From the perspective of income sources, the per capita wage income, operating net income, property net income, and transfer net income of residents nationwide increased by 5.9% in nominal terms, 5.7%, 2.7%, and 5.5% respectively. The median per capita disposable income of residents nationwide was 9,939 yuan, a year-on-year increase of 5.0% in nominal terms.
