CyberKongz, an NFT project, posted on X on Tuesday that the SEC investigation had concluded and announced a "name change". "The shackles have been lifted for CyberKongz, and we have been preparing for this day for a long time," the company said. "The full brand boundaries and new direction for CyberKongz will be announced soon." In December, CyberKongz said it had received a Wells notice from the Securities Exchange Commission (SEC).
