BlackRock Investment Institute said on Monday that its bullish stance on U.S. stocks rose slightly after the U.S. announced a 90-day suspension of tariffs on most countries. A report from the research arm of asset management giant BlackRock showed that the risk of a near-term "financial accident" has eased following the Trump administration's decision to suspend high tariffs on most countries. "Policy uncertainty could weigh on economic growth and the stock market in the short term. However, we believe underlying economic and corporate earnings remain solid and supported by tremendous forces such as artificial intelligence," BlackRock analysts said in the report, adding that they are overweighted on U.S. stocks.
