According to investment bank Jefferies, bitcoin mining profitability fell 7.4% in March due to an 11.2% drop in the average price of bitcoin and a 9.1% drop in transaction fees.
Jefferies also said that U.S.-listed bitcoin miners mined a total of 3,534 bitcoins in March, compared to 3,002 in February.
