Prime Intellect, a decentralized AI platform, announced the completion of a $5.50 million seed round co-led by Distributed Global and CoinFund, with participation from Compound. The funding will be used to build computing platforms that enable decentralized training across instances and enable co-ownership of artificial intelligence models by contributing computation, code, data, capital or expertise.
