Bitcoin mining pool ViaBTC launches rare Satoshi Epic Sats auction with halving blocks

On April 20th, Bitcoin mining pool ViaBTC successfully mined the 840,000th block, which is the halving block. The first Satoshi mined in the first block of each halving period is called the Epic Rare Satoshi because of its potential collectible value through the Ordinals protocol. ViaBTC initiated this rare Satoshi Epic Sats auction. The bidding is in the form of Bitcoin. The starting price is 1 BTC. The current high price is 2 BTC (about 130,000 US dollars). So far, only 10 bids have been made. The auction will end at 22:00 Beijing time on April 25th.
