Binance Customer Support replied to users on social platforms about ZEC withdrawal issues, saying, "We have noticed that some users are experiencing problems withdrawing ZEC assets from their Binance accounts. The issue originated from a technical glitch in our use of Ledger's ZEC app, which caused some funds to be temporarily unable to be transferred out. At present, all funds are still safely stored in cold wallets, and user assets are safe (SAFU).
We are working closely with the Ledger team to actively fix the issue and are very grateful for their support. They have made the release of the relevant version a priority and expect to complete the update by April 17, when we will gradually restore the withdrawal function of ZEC. At the same time, we are also actively exploring temporary solutions to minimize the impact of this issue on users. "
