Larry Fink, CEO of asset management giant BlackRock, wants all assets - from stocks to bonds, real estate and more - to be able to be traded online on the blockchain, saying the concept of "tokenization" will revolutionize financial ownership and investment, with every asset being tokenized. Unlike traditional paper certificates that symbolize financial ownership, tokens can exist securely on the blockchain, enabling instant purchases, sales and transfers without paperwork or waiting, much like digital contracts, Larry Fink added.
