Binance will adjust the settlement frequency of ORCA perpetual contract funding rates

According to Binance's official announcement, the Binance contract will adjust the settlement frequency of the funding rate for the USD -MORCAUSDT perpetual contract from every 4 hours to every 2 hours from 08:00 (UTC) on April 12, 2025. The announcement also stated that in order to prevent the risk of extreme market volatility, the Binance contract may take additional protective measures without notice, including but not limited to adjusting the maximum leverage, position value, various levels of margin maintenance, updating the funding rate, and changing the price index composition.
