According to cryptocurrency journalist Eleanor Terrett, the Securities Exchange Commission (SEC) and cryptocurrency exchange Binance have jointly filed an application with the court to delay the litigation against the exchange for another 60 days. According to the latest documents, the two sides have held effective talks, in part related to the work of the cryptocurrency working group, and said that it is in the interests of all parties to continue to suspend the litigation. The two sides will provide further updates after 60 days.
