韩国金融当局延缓对虚拟资产企业实施《信用信息法》至2025年12月

韩国金融监督院宣布，虚拟资产交易所等企业适用《信用信息的利用及保护法》的义务将延缓至2025年12月1日。在此过渡期内，除非存在故意或重大过失，否则相关企业不会因违反该法规而受到制裁。虚拟资产企业需在此期间完成内部规定改善及客户交易信息管理等合规准备工作。
