According to Bitcoin Laws, Arizona has officially passed the Bitcoin Mining Bill of Rights, HB 2342, which protects anyone running a node or mining digital assets from zoning or usage bans.
The bill passed the Senate today by a vote of 17 to 12 and has now been sent to the governor's office for signature.
