BPay Global, a subsidiary of Binance Group, has been granted a payment license by the Central Bank of Bahrain

On April 10, according to an official announcement, the Central Bank of Bahrain (CBB) announced on April 9, 2025 that it has issued a payment service provider (PSP) license to BPay Global B.S.C. (c). BPay Global is a payment service company under the Binance Group. The license will allow BPay Global to provide fiat currency services, including recharge, withdrawal and custody. Users can open e-wallets and recharge fiat currency through bank transfers and debit/credit cards. This is the first PSP license obtained by the company, which will provide users with fiat currency entry and exit channels. It is also one of Bahrain's initiatives to support the development of the digital payment ecosystem.
