Strategist: Doubt that U.S. tariffs will resume within 90 days, uncertainty reduced but not eliminated

STEVE SOSNICK, CHIEF MARKET STRATEGIST, INTERACTIVE BROKERS: Trump's suspension of tariffs was definitely a surprise, considering the US government has always said they will not remove them and that tariffs are non-negotiable.... it's a very understandable relief rally. We now have to wonder if tariffs will be reinstated in 90 days. This will discourage businesses from devising plans for the near future and providing guidance for the current quarter. Uncertainty has decreased, but not completely gone away.
