WLFI-related wallet sells $8 million worth of Ethereum after losing $125 million

World Liberty Financial (WLFI), a DeFi project backed by the Trump family, has started selling its Ethereum holdings at $1,465 each, even though the asset was bought at $3,259 each at the start of the year. A wallet closely linked to World Liberty Financial sold 5,471 ETH for about $8 million on Wednesday after accumulating losses of $125 million, according to Arkham's on-chain data. World Liberty Financial's main wallet still holds $98 million worth of cryptocurrencies, of which $11.70 million is Ethereum.
