Cryptocurrency asset manager Grayscale Investments has announced the appointment of Diana Zhang as the company's new chief operating officer, who will officially take office on May 6, succeeding former COO Hugh Ross.
Zhang will report directly to Grayscale CEO Peter Mintzberg and will be responsible for driving the company's client partnerships and enhancing the Grayscale brand. Prior to joining Grayscale, Zhang served as chief operating officer at digital asset investment firm BlockTower Capital and previously spent 16 years at asset management firm Bridgewater Associates, where he held various executive positions.
