On April 23rd, the decentralized data sharing agreement Ocean Protocol announced the establishment of the Ocean Enterprise Collective (OEC), an independent non-profit association of international organizations representing eight countries and nine different industries, including aerospace, agriculture, energy, health, human resources, manufacturing, transportation, and the public sector.
