Beijing State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission: State-owned shareholders increase their holdings in a timely manner according to market principles, and listed companies that meet the conditions have plans to implement share repurchase

On April 9, recently, the Beijing Municipal State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission held a symposium on listed companies controlled by municipal management enterprises to firmly maintain the stability of capital markets and fully promote the high-quality development of listed companies. The meeting requires that all enterprises should take market value management as a long-term strategic management behavior, clarify the organizational leadership and responsibility implementation mechanism, and continuously improve the ability level to deal with the complex situation of capital markets; guide and promote the holding listed companies to firmly establish investors' return awareness, formulate reasonable and sustainable profit distribution policies, and enhance the stability, continuity and predictability of cash dividends; establish a responsible image of major shareholders, actively release positive signals to the capital markets, state-owned shareholders in accordance with the principle of market compliance and timely increase in stock holdings, qualified listed companies have plans to implement stock repurchase, and effectively maintain the market value of listed companies.
