European Union imposes 25% tariffs on US

The 27 member states of the European Union voted to impose a 25% tariff on US imports in retaliation for steel and aluminium tariffs the Trump administration announced on March 12. The European Union approved tariffs on US goods 21 billion euros in response to the metals dispute.
