4月8日讯，国家电力投资集团8日宣布，基于对我国经济长期向好的信心，坚定看好中国资本市场发展前景，着力提高上市公司质量，通过加快并购重组等方式，持续推进资产整合，推进优质资产上市。目前，国家电投集团控股的中国电力、远达环保和电投产融三家上市公司正在实施资产重组。
