On April 8th, the Shanghai State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission issued a number of opinions on strengthening the market value management of state-owned listed companies in our city. The "Opinions" clearly require that the market value management work must strictly abide by the bottom line of legal compliance, strictly prohibit the manipulation of information disclosure in the name of market value management, strictly prohibit the manipulation of stock prices, strictly prohibit insider trading, and seriously investigate responsibilities for violations of laws and regulations.
