Nigerian court adjourns Binance tax evasion case until April 30

The Nigerian court has adjourned the tax evasion case against Binance until April 30 to allow the tax authorities to respond to Binance's legal motion. The Nigerian Federal Revenue Service has accused Binance of unpaid corporate income taxes and fines for 2022 and 2023, claiming a total of more than $79 billion. Binance has questioned the legality of the court's delivery of legal documents by email, saying it is headquartered in the Cayman Islands and has no entity in Nepal.
