According to journalist Eleanor Terrett, Michael Novogratz's cryptocurrency financial services company Galaxy Digital is moving its domicile from the Cayman Islands to Delaware in the United States to take advantage of the new favorable cryptocurrency regulatory environments in the United States. The company plans to list on the Nasdaq Stock Exchange after completing its restructuring. Currently, Galaxy Digital is listed on the Toronto Stock Exchange.
