Babylon: Tokens obtained by airdrop will not have transfer lock-up restrictions

In a social media response to early adopter airdrops, Babylon said that early supporter airdrops cover: Bitcoin staking first-stage pledgers, first-stage finality providers who receive delegates, and contributors to specific open-source GitHub code repositories. All first-stage staking (whether accepted, overflowed, untied, or withdrawn) is usually allocated by airdrop, and tokens obtained by airdrop will not be subject to transfer lock-up restrictions. In addition, Babylon also confirmed that the Labs credit program was terminated on April 2.
